To activate the insecticide generator, simply remove the collar from the package, unroll it, and stretch it. Refrain from unrolling the collar until you are ready to use it. Then, place the collar around your cat's neck, adjusting it for a proper fit and buckling it in place. Ensure that the collar is worn loosely to allow for your cat's growth and to permit the collar to move freely around the neck.
Leave 2 or 3 inches of extra adjustment on the collar and cut off any excess length, disposing of it properly. Consult with a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, or medicated pets, as sensitivity may occur after using any pesticide product for pets.
If your cat becomes irritated by the collar due to it being applied too tightly, loosen the collar. If the irritation persists, remove the collar and bathe your cat with mild soap, rinsing thoroughly with a large amount of water. If the signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.
